basik.006 rollerball pen

Compared to my other pens from Everyday Karas (a basik.009 and a compakt.001) this was a much bolder design than I was used to. That said, the build quality, grip, and overall feel in hand are great and I've had a good experience with this pen. It did come with a 0.7mm Pilot G2 refill, not the 0.5mm that it's advertised with, but I swapped that out pretty quickly. My only complaint is that the grind on the J-slot for mine was uneven and fairly sharp. Deploying the pen was pretty rough/gritty for a few days until things wore down a bit. It's still pretty sharp if I'm not careful about where I place my thumb for deployment, but since the rest of the roughness wore down naturally, I expect this to resolve on its own also. Overall, especially for price, I still think this is a great option!
