NOT NEAR LOBSTER THERMIDORE

your picture is a 5. that's how lobster thermidor is supposed to look when ready. the sauce is parmesan cheese dominated, which is wrong. the sauce was runny, did not taste the sherry wine or cognac flavor at all. I had to sauté some baby bella mushrooms, with chives and SHERRY WINE to be able to eat the dish. ALSO, it took an hour to bake by your instructions, not 25-30 minutes.

Great meal but too expensive

This was a very good and delicious meal and it came hard frozen so it was very fresh. However, the price of $125 was too high for what it was. One and done.
