I’m currently building a telecaster. I’ve bought everything (neck, pickups, wiring etc) except from the body, which I am making myself. The body isn’t complete yet so I haven’t had the chance to test out the parts from northwest guitars. When my order arrived I quickly noticed that the prewired switch was faulty. I emailed about the issue and I received a very quick reply. The customer service was top notch, very informative and efficient. I was sent my replacement very quick and all looks well! I’m still yet to properly try out all the pieces, so I don’t want to speak too soon, but if the customer service is anything to go by then you can put your trust into these people! I was reluctant to buy from here at first as I didn’t know the company, but if you’re looking to make a guitar these are probably the guys to go to, I feel that their parts are priced reasonably. Again, I haven’t properly tested these parts so take it with a pinch of salt maybe, but it feels like all the rights signs are there with northwest!
