Very good but difficult to use with arthritis in the hand &/or wrist. Needs a good amount of pressure.

Sound feedback stops responding, and the force-tamping setting doesn't stay in place—all aesthetics, but no functionality. Normcore keeps giving me the runaround, admitting the design flaws, and says they are working to update the design. Normcore offered to replace mine and have not heard from them in months. Additionally, many users have reported the top of the handle section, apart from the Walnut handle version of this tamber. Beware!!
