it's perfect. Would have liked to purchase the same pan, but with two small handles like the one on this pan, but your website keeps listing it as "sold out"?!?

Very high quality pan! Heavy and designed obviously for many years of use.

I had a terrible experience with “Lisa” who refuses to send me a return label. When I called, she was rude, talked over me and was confrontational. Not a good look for customer service. She also refused to let me speak to anyone else and stated she was “the only point of contact”.
