72'' Storage Bookcase with Doors and Shelves, Walnut

Don't know where to begin other than I almost stopped building this thing and threw it in a dumpster. The wood quality is great, aesthetics are perfect. The build materials and instructions are beyond awful. Missing one part and had extra of another. Company sent out a replacement but took longer than I wanted. Door hinges and drawer glides are absolute garbage. I hate the type of screws and the fasteners used which are common with cheaper furniture, but these were even worse than usual. Some fastener holes were on the wrong side so I had to do without in order to not see obvious holes on the front of the unit. And the color of the stickers they give to cover up the holes is not even close to the same color of the wood. I had to rebuilt part of this bookcase using my own materials or else it would not have even come together.

Beautiful Furniture but No Predrilled Holes

Parts are all in tact, assembly instructions are adequate. I was impressed by how beautiful the wood was and the look of the furniture. I was not happy about the cabinet doors and legs on the bottom of the bookshelf not having predrilled holes. This was difficult put together and frustrating. My other pieces of furniture had predrilled holes so I believe it to be an oversight. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Very disappointed!

I ordered two of these for my husband’s home office to go with the Ark Standing executive desk that he already owns. The color of these is MUCH darker than the desk, much more red toned than the desk. (See photo …also the stickers to cover were screws are is VASTLY lighter than wood of cabinet!) Did we just get a bad batch of cabinet wood?? That’s not all - there was hardware missing (tried contacting customer service & was told to send an email, which I did only to have it returned as “recipient not accepting email”??) We are still trying to get in touch with someone who can help us with this issue. There were not any pilot holes drilled for door hinges or feet. This has been a most disappointing purchase!!
