Great Bit of Kit!

I love using these for overhead triceps extensions, especially when grinding out the last of couple reps. The grips allow you to really lock in and squeeze every last bit out of the muscle. They're also comfortable to use and really well made. The only thing you have to be careful of is making sure that you equalise the lengths of rope on each side before starting. It's a single piece running through the attachment point in the middle, so you can get it lopsided if you're not careful. Easy enough to fix once you know to check for it though. Overall, highly recommended. It's a shame that commercial gyms don't provide kit like this, although having your own means you don't have to wait for someone else to finish with it! :)

Amazing piece of equipment. I have a better grip now and can extend the triceps properly! Dont have to run around the gym and look for two ropes as well.

Awesome high quality handles

Solid ergo handles that feel high quality in your hands, and rope is plenty long for any desired tricep work without the restriction on your arms and shoulders. If you have existing wrist pain, however, be careful doing using as they may exacerbate it, as I’ve experienced doing overhead extensions. Overall would definitely recommend these
