Home Office Desk / Chair

The delivery was received earlier than expected. The packaging was excellent. The white glove experience was also great. The individual came early on a Saturday and completed the full assembly within 5 hours. The assembly was done in a professional manner. The desk and chair look and operate great. A couple of observations from my experience. The assembler did not take the trash with him. It was almost impossible since his car was small. He was only able to take one of the 3 boxes that were delivered. Also, I was left with a wooden pallet that I need to dispose of. It is not a deal breaker; but, I would have liked for the installer to have taken the trash with them. Also, during the routing of my cables for my computer system, I was surprised that the desk did not come with open holes / spaces for me to route the cables. I would recommend that a number of holes be strategically placed to allow the user to route the cables / surge protectors without being seen.
