Fresh Maine Scallops

UPS delayed my delivery by a day. I should’ve gotten frozen. All 2 lbs were disgustingly fishy by the time I got it. The chowder and lobster meat were AMAZINGLY good tho. 5/5 for those guys

70 years of fresh seafood

I am 70 years old ,a former professional chef and I grew up fishing,catching and cooking fish/shellfish on CapeCod every year for my first 35 years That said, I have eaten alot of really good, super fresh seafood ! After eating the fresh scallops overnighted to california from MLN I can honestly say they were the best ,freshest ,sweetest scallops I have eaten since the day I recieved several quarts of sea scallops as payment for day labor , harvested in the morning and eaten that evening in 1976 in Cutler Harbor Maine .I was just kid but I recognized how special that meal was and unforgetable. THANK YOU MAINE LOBSTER NOW for suppling me with Scallops as delicious in 2026 as they were in my youth! [1976] No other scallops in the last fifty years of fine dining have come close to the freshness and sweet flavour of MLN fresh sea scallops Sincerely Glenn Stanton P.S. I seared them in clarified butter on cast iron and served them with fresh tarragon brown butter and a smattering of capers!
