Super tasty!

I roasted this to a light-medium on a San Franciscan 1 and it was really great. Dry grounds have a very pleasant aroma of fruit and cherries. I got a lot of dark cherry, dried red fruit with some brown sugar when cupping. I also made a batch of cold brew to cool down during these hot summer days and it was so refreshing and delicious. Overall a tasty versatile bean, the only negative… it’s out of stock :(
