This is the ultimate fruit bomb. By far my favorite coffee. I’ve bought 30 lbs of it this year. It’s also a very forgiving bean in my experience. You can still get a lot of fruit notes from light to medium. More towards medium and you have more jammy and chocolatey notes. Lighter, you get much less chocolate and in-your-face berry and tropical notes. If you prefer fruit-forward coffee like I do, this is basically the holy grail. Roasting 500g at a time in an Aillio Bullet R2. I stop 30 seconds into first crack.

Easily the best coffee I’ve roasted in the past year. Fruit bomb is an understatement. So much blueberry, strawberry, something tropical but I don’t know if my palate is quite refined enough to pick it out, though I feel as though it’s pineapple and mango. With cream I get a hint of coconut. A decent amount of chocolate but definitely the fruit takes a solid center stage, it’s definitely the headliner here. Possibly the fruitiest coffee I’ve ever roasted. I’m about 99% sure that’s the case. Insanely good. I loved the decaf so much and it was extremely fruity itself, so I had to grab 10 lbs of this one. ZERO regrets. I am going to be very sad when it’s gone. I feel as though my taste buds have been absolutely spoiled by this coffee. If I could rate it more than 5 stars, I would. The Captain nailed it with this one!
