Bitter

very bitter coffee, it doesn't look burned though. I think is either scorching (i.e. it was brought to high temperature too quickly) or cooled too quickly. Either way not enjoyable. I buy most of my green coffee from Bodhi and roast it myself, I guess I will stick to roasting my own coffee.

I love this coffee. It is a favorite.

Favorite Coffee Beans

I’ve tried a few different beans but always come back to Guatemala Quetzal beans as my favorite. I love them so much that I even blend them and take them with me when I travel so I can use them in my travel French press. The are very smooth and have a citrus finish.
