Cheesy Beef Risotto in a Cup

I really like the Risotto - tastes great. Best part for me is convenience. I’m a retiree and a lot of times, I don’t feel like cooking. I just zap a carton in my microwave, steam a vegetable and I’m all set. Quick, easy and delicious. Easy cleanup.

Its a good quick meal. I added salt pepper garlic powder and seasoning blend Was thibking of adding frozen peppers next time. So it needs a little zig but i would still buy again
