Variety Pack Cups

The majority are still in my freezer but today I had a cheesy beef risotto and I loved it. It was absolutely delicious. I now know that my microwave must run a little cooler than most as after two minutes I had to put it in a bowl and put it back in for 30 seconds, but after that, it was delicious.

These cups are so small yet claim two servings. The cup is about size of yogurt cup. The sausage peppers was like a soup, ground sausage mean with some strips of onion and very little strips peppers. Definitely not two servings. Disappointed.

Very good quality Italian recipes. Well packed, delivered and easy to prepare.
