What a dark milk chocolate should be

This bar cemented Fruition as my favorite chocolate maker. It's a wonderful dark milk - creamy texture of milk with the more intense flavors of dark chocolate. The bourbon notes come through for me in the aftertaste.

Unusually complex for milk chocolate

The bourbon is pretty subtle and marries beautifully with the creamy richness of the milk chocolate, making for a far more complex taste than most milk chocolates.
