Confused
I don't know - from reading previous comments and the description I expected something totally different and was even wondering if something might have gone wrong during storage or something, but visibly the bar was perfect (very beautiful molding btw). It still tasted nice, but I found it a bit too soft and bendy (almost like Hershey's), a little grainy, and the sweetness and bitterness felt both kind of rough and did not really come together well. Not much complexity either.
