Sweet and exceptionally well balanced, with a long finish even when compared with other 100% bars. The middle path: not sour, not sweet, neutrality as a virtue. Cacao nut intensity, but never overpowering. Hard to imagine Le 100% being out of place for any occasion. It wears very well.

A Hit with Most...
Even the "i don't like dark chocolate" people will reconsider when trying this creamy delight. I only eat 100%, and this bar is one of my top 3.
