Easy cook with East to clean

Follow the “direction” for using stainless steel and food won’t stick. Great pan nice substantial feel (not flimsy). Plenty of room for cooking. Love the lid. The design and fit of it does make a seal. Easy clean up read the “directions” but i let my cooled pan soak in dawn dish detergent and come back to it later.
