Elite spin that tennis players will like especially backspin. Very good at drops and resets. Still getting used to the paddle but it gets better each time I use it, probably due to the felt getting a little roughed up. Seems to be a mid tier power paddle on overheads and drives. Steve J

Best paddle for competition, keeps the opponents quessing!!!

I am now on my 3rd PXE paddle, I am a teaching pro and compete in local tournaments and leagues. This paddle beats them all including the new Talon. Moderate power, GREAT spin and control. Very comfortable to play with. My opponents hate the paddle as they can't tell what I am doing from the sound. John Kew in his reviews think that the spin increases with age. . . I agree, I have to break in my new paddles to get the 2,800+ spin that the PXE provides. Can't wait for a foam version as the hex does break down on this paddle just like all the other Generation 3 paddles and you get a hot spot. However, the woven surface never breaks down or loses it's spin -- when it is fluffling up it is just getting better.

Wow the spin is crazy good. 😊 I heard it was good but didn’t n is it would be this awesome I was also very happy to find the control is amazing as well A friend cautioned about checking the power and WHAM! The power is there Drives and serves are fantastic ? 5 stars ⭐️
