I was a bit surprised with the packaging. I thought the balls would come in packs of 3 like the website advertised, but all my 12 balls came in one cupboard box.

I was really excited to try this and had high expectations, but after just six hours of use, the Owl Sport cracked. It was extremely disappointing and frustrating, and it destroyed any confidence I had in the product. Got it shipped all the way to Dubai :(
