CPX Mystery Pickleball Paddle

This paddle was just what I was hoping for in the mystery box. Always wanted to try a paddle with a little more pop coming from a thicker control paddle. This did not disappoint. It comes off the paddle in a hurry and the textured surface allows me to have more topspin to keep the ball in play.

I ordered 2 and both were the Air style. That was a little disappointing because I hoped to try out 2 different styles of their paddles. That said, my Air paddle has played great so far. I had a 14mm Joola that was too powerful - assisting me too often in sending balls out of bounds. The Air plays with a touch and absorption that has allowed me to make better shots. I'll get more and more used to it in the coming weeks but I'm enjoying my first few sessions with it.

Received the cpx air. Love it! I let my husband try it and he loved it too! It seems to have good control and less dead areas. And the surface is rough, which I like, but does get dirty easily. Lots of ball marks. Easy to clean off though.
