So good for massaging into tight muscles before bed. I put it on my calves and it helps my legs feel rested and they feel great in the morning. Really good on my shoulders too.

Took me a minute to realise how to use it with its neat lid twist as like you say only need a tiny bit. The activate cream sure heats up and love how it lasts for so long. Then the recovery cream smells great and not only helped soothe my joints but i slept well also. 😊👌🏽
