Pop a couple of these first thing in the morning before a zone 2 cardio session & you'll be warm and sweating for hours.
Maybe not the most suitable before heading to the office though.

Been consistently using melt as a pre workout now for 2-3 months and I won’t use anything else… mixed with creatine it makes for a bulletproof pump and a superman effort in my lifts. Highly recommend this product!
