I've only just starting using this product but have found it amazing and have noticed little changes in my body. You do get warm but you don't get the itch or crash after like you do with other products so will continue to purchase.

Holy sweatballs Batman! This stuff is amazing!
Don't think I have sweated so much during a cardio session as I have after popping 4 of these bad boys. Literally 10 minutes in and I was mopping the brow. Usually takes at least 25 minutes before I get to that point. Definitely has curbed the appetite too and (sadly?) reduced the mid afternoon craving for chocolate.
