Taste good.super sweet so I water it down quite a bit but it’s a great way to rehydrate in place of just water.energy boost is a bonus

Bought the Hydrate - Pineapple flavour. Love it! Its great to find an electrolyte with minimal sugar in it. Has a salty taste (not overly though, completely drinkable) which is great - means its the real deal. Will be buying more.

Hidden in the depths of my cake cupboard, away from my grandson. I love the taste of the lemon and lime. I add ice to my water bottle before my spinn class. It’s my gym drink, my daytime drink and a few gulps of a nighttime and no that doesn’t keep ne awake. 💜
