Organic Magnesium

Magnesium magic!

This little beauty has become a non-negotiable fixture in my daily supplement routine. I take it 30min before bed and it has made a noticeable difference to my sleep quality. I often struggle to fall asleep, but taken at the right time I drop straight off no problems! I also love that is is derived from pumpkin seeds and all the good things that come from nature. I feel like it's doing good things for my health.

I love that this isn’t full of fillers and non-food substances. Bio blends is the only brand I trust.. already purchased my second bottle.

Still trialing....

My first bottle and I definitely feel the difference. When I finished the bottle I took some other Magnesium supplements but didn't enjoy the results nearly as much. I will purchase another bottle and hopefully move to 5 stars.
