Great, Easy, Delish!

We are trying to get away from bleached and/or enriched pastas and flours, so we gave this a try. I didn’t realize, until it was delivered, that it was ‘oven ready’, so we threw together a lasagna, with homemade sauce I’d made a couple of days before, ricotta, provolone, fresh grated parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. The noodles cooked perfectly, and I LOVED not having to precook them, then fight to get them apart and straightened out in the dish. We will buy again!

It's become hard to find this brand of lasagna noodles near me for a reasonable price, so I was really happy to find them on this site. The order arrived quickly and I've already been using them.
