We had not had that soup before but loved it. I had ordered 2 packages of the soup and my husband wanted to know when I would make more. We had a cold night and it was very warming.

Delicious soup!

I was so glad to be able to reorder more of the Farmhouse Minestrone Soup mix after enjoying it for the first time over the holidays. I like to add cooked chicken, & chick peas along with diced tomatoes for a wonderfully hearty soup...truly a meal in a bowl!
