Still not convinced these are configured to a foot shape

I moved up my first impression by a star when I voiced my first concern, I received a super fast response which seemed genuinely concerned person. This helped, I made some adjustments and we determined the sizing was good and I had some better results. At the end of the day, my heels wiggle off the inside rear of these sandals. I really think it has something to do with the arch strap placement on the sole plate. I can torque the Velcro down tight enough to see my toes turn purple. When I start to walk, my heals just start walking off the inside rear of the sole. The arch support is driving the bus here. In my case it just doesn’t seem to line up with the shape of my feet.

I purchased 3 kuru shoes, the moment, the velocity, and the draft 2. The moment was easily the best of the three. I had to return the velocity because even though I have narrow feet, that shoe actually caused a new callous issue which has since resolved. I would not hesitate to purchase the moment sandal again, but if you want to know what actually fixed my plantar fasciitis, /fat pad syndrome it was learning from an AT how to tape my foot. I have gone through $120 worth of athletic tape and that was worth every penny. No joke- there is nothing that will work better to remove all pain and get you back faster than learning the proper taping technique- at least for me. Complimenting that with the Kuru moment is about the best I have come up with and I have tried a lot of stuff. I am now back to playing soccer once per week and running 1-2x per week. The pain is still there somedays, but it is manageable and the road to recovery is a long one. I am 49 and on month 9 of dealing with this. Funny it is only one my left heel, but anyhow - hope this helps someone.

My 1st pair of KURU sneakers are indestructible, after 7 years they are still intact. My new pair i bought primarly for my ushering duties at a local concert hall. They are perfect except i wish they had a width option as they are just a bit snug to me.
