The item is very sturdy and well made. It's a great idea, but I just can't get my cat to use it. I've tried a number of approaches, putting his treats in it, putting his regular food in it until he's gotten super hungry, and he still won't go in.

The rollers dont rotate as easily as i would like when the cat goes through it. Even for my own hand it takes considerable strength to make them rotate.

Not easy to put together with one person, but I got it done. Our two cats were both in it within 15 minutes! Had a little trouble adjusting the opening but found that the plastic with the numbers was bunched up so it would not move. Fixed that. Haven't got it small enough yet to catch fur, but we're working on it.
