Pawira 8pcs Filter Refill Pack (4 months)

The filters were nice; but my cat died when the Pawira drinking fountain arrived. She was being treated for a UTI & Bladder inflammation at the Vet’s Hospital Clinic. Pawira was very empathetic when I called to return the product. They messaged ne their condolences & gave me 40% refund & told me to keep the drinking fountain & filters which I donated. The refund was immediately processed back to my account.

Felt feels flimsy, and it looks like it leaves a residue in the water ( we followed instructions as to soaking ahead)
