Pawira 8pcs Filter Refill Pack (4 months)

Neither the filters nor the brush for cleaning NOR the additional set of filters that I ordered were included in my original order. I have contacted the company twice and they keep telling me it’s going to be shipped. It doesn’t do much good to have a pet fan that filters water when you don’t have the replacement filters. The fountain seems to work OK, the customer service is subpar.

I have only had the fountain for a week and haven’t needed to replace the filters yet. I ordered two boxes worth to have on hand. Should last me a while.

nice purchase, easy and i dont have to worry about it
