Sprouted Coconut *Pre-Order*

I wish I could show you a picture of how moldy both coconuts were completely covered in fungi and mold

These coconuts sure take some work to chop open even with a machete! The smaller one was more salty flavored and the larger one was sweeter. Very different, spongy texture to them but very interesting! Something you have to try once in your life!

Always my favorite part of my order, its unlike anything I can describe. So satisfying!
