The product is very good. Has a very good taste. If there was any problems it was the delivery problem with it was delivered upside down and sideways. It wasn’t laying flat. It needs to have a marking side up, indicating to the delivery individual that it must be upside, not sideways or turned up all over the place.

Contacted customer service regarding the quality and taste of the strawberry topping as it was sour and gooey, tasted and looked nothing like a strawberry topping. and they refused to give me a refund. Will be contacting the BBB and filing a claim.

A big hit with my family

I made this purchase to share with my family. My brother's mother-in-law was coming for a weekend visit, so I decided to surprise everyone with this cheesecake. Everyone said it was delicious, and I am in full agreement. The cheesecake arrived on time and in good condition. The packing material (dry ice, I believe) was melted by the time I got home, and the box that the cheesecake was inside was slightly damp. However, the cheesecake was in good shape when I put it inside a refrigerator to keep it cool. The following day, I removed the cheesecake to serve to anyone who wished to have a slice. I really liked the fact that the cheesecake is pre-sliced with paper in between each slice to keep one slice from sticking to another. How that is accomplished is amazing. Now, if David's Cookies could create a strawberry cheesecake with zero calories. . . This was a great purchase, and I will definitely order another one.
