My saving grace
Moving into my mid 40's, working a corporate full time gig, and having a full life of kids, sports, my brain is going a million miles an hour, even through the night. I have been taking 1 tablet just before bed, and whilst it said it might take 60 days to work, I am so pleased that it has kicked right in with a restful (and I repeat, restful, other than the kids and dog waking me) nights sleep.
