Actually does what it says! tastes good, filling and feels like its improving energy. . . . as I said in my other review, you never know if you can trust reviews. . . but im not a paid robot! 🤣🤣🤣 credit where credit is due!

I think this is the best one of this type of thing I have bought. It’s all a bit subjective but the flavour is good and the ingredients seem sound
