CREATINE MONO

I'm very particular about what I put in my body, especially supplements. There is my pick due to the standard of manufacturing and testing. Definitely helps with my gym work, and I've upped my dose to support cognitive function.

MyBrainCo Creatine Mono is my new favourite. I used to use another brand but switched to MyBrainCo when I started using some of their other supps. I add my morning dose of Creatine Mono to my protein shake and have another dose before bed. I'll certainly continue using MyBrainCo.

Since taking creatine mono daily I've noticed more energy to work out and just in general also. It is a really great price for something that works so well. I've recommended this product to friends and family who may be after something like this and I'll be ordering this again when I've finished the tub, which by the way I've kept to put other things in as it's a really good little tub to reuse. Very happy.
