Got mine about a week ago. Really like the flavors and smells great. Seems to help. Been 90+ degrees this past week. Don't feel as tired and dehydrated as I did before I tried these. I would recommend at least giving them a try.

I would highly recommend the mint and watermelon flavors. The cucumber citrus is not bad just an odd pouch flavor and ginger lime is super mid. I would love more fruit flavors but right now I’d only buy the mint and watermelon. Also the flavors are very toned down compared to other kinds of pouch’s which I don’t like as much but I know some would prefer it.

They work awesome!! I personally would rank the flavors as Mint, Watermelon, Cucumber, Ginger. The mint is by far my favorite but I’m always up for a strong mint flavor!
