Phenomenal. I used to polish of a can of Zyn a day. At most I have 4 pouches of these a day. The only reason I spit them out is because Im about to eat. The flavor really lasts that long. It also completely changed the way I think about them. Before it was, "I have a few minutes before the food is done, I'll pop a zyn while I wait." And now its, "Im about to eat in an hour... yea I'll wait until after." Because I dont want to waist a pouch that lasts hours. 100% recommended. The only thing I missed about Zyn was that burning sensation you get for the first couple minutes. These don't have that but after a week now it doesn't bother me. A 5 pack will actually last a month. These things are amazing.

I did not feel more focused BUT the pouch feels good, flavor lasts a loooong time and it helped me stop using the nicotine pouches. Overall Im impressed. Not to mention its way cheaperbthan this Ultra guys pouches!

Love the flavor and how long it lasts. Great alternative to nicotine. I have not felt much in the way of an energy or mental boost, but glad to be off the nicotine and caffeine.
