I tried NZE to quit nicotine pouches. The flavor is the same and so far I haven't had a craving. Don't know if I'm just substituting one for another, but no more nicotine is a great thing!

Pouches were great. Good size and similar to zyn, wasn’t the biggest fan of the flavor but I normally don’t like spear mint anyway. Will order peppermint and try again though
