I have sent their customer service department 4 emails asking for a replacement on the thin necklace that holds the cross due to it breaking as I turned it around my neck I have gotten no response at all very unhappy

Its the perfect size, but after less than 2 weeks of wear the cross is scratched and the clasp that attaches the cross to the chain is totally tarnished. I have gotten better quality jewlery for 1/4 the price on amazon.
