E8 Honey Extractor - 8 Frame Motorized

I had been using a SAF 4 frame manual extractor in the past. This extractor cut my processing time drastically. The frames are dryer and the honey drains better with the drain flush with the bottom. The spring feet attachments keep the extractor stable during use.

Extractor worked extremely well even after the shipping company damaged it. I contacted customer support and they walked me through the options for resolution knowing I wanted to extract within the week of receiving the device. The extractor was easy to load, rotated well and most of the honey was extracted from the frames. I did purchase the legs and springs. I am very pleased with its design and function as well as with customer support’s response.

Too Long, Didn't Read: Great extractor that arrived with a dent but HillCo made it right. The extractor itself is phenomenal. Prior to purchase, I was using a 2/4 hand crank extractor so this was a big upgrade. The price point is great. The design is amazing. The way this extractor is packed for transport, fantastic. My one issue is that I was sent an extractor with a fist size dent in it. Thankfully this didn't impact the functionality of the extractor but I was disappointed that it arrived damaged. Of course I reached out to customer service and they were great. The response time was fast and they were extremely helpful. They gave me options and made it right which I really appreciate. Honestly, I will be purchasing again from them and I most likely will get a second extractor at some point.
