Dry Aged Beef Standing Prime Rib Roast

First time ordering from Creamery Creek farms and it definitely won't be my last. The Rib roast was one of the best I've had; tender, juicy and very flavorful. The entire ordering and delivery process was smooth and fast. I can't wait until my next order.

The roast looks trimmed to perfection. Great marbling for a natural beauty. No big fat piece between the cap and eye. Just right for adding flavor to the rest of the roast. Have not cooked yet. Will add after tasting this... more to come.

The standing rib roast was great. Very good quality meat. Made a horseradish dip and au jus to go with it...Devine! Shipped right to our door in PA.
