Love these salts! We use them on just about everything. The truffle is my favorite, along with the lemon salt and siracha. Fyi, the siracha is really tasty on avocado toast, or mixed in guacamole.

I ran out of my truffle salt that I purchased years ago and recently bought some more. When I received it I immediately noticed that the black spots (truffles) were no longer. Instead there are specks of brown and the truffle taste is much less prominent.
