This is a chocolate profile that grows with you if you can learn to love the acidic bite in its middle notes. The first time I tried this chocolate my body told me to spit it out as soon as the acid hit. I came back to it a week later and Takyrikrom is now in my top 3 favorites… After accepting the acid layer I found the coffee flavor mixed with a gorgeous and soft coconut cake.. absolutely delightful. The coconut flavoring hits you when the acidity breaks down with your saliva and the fatty compounds in the cacao make this gorgeous flavor profile.. If you are new to chocolate tasting, this might not be the best bar for you but if you are daring enough and love the taste of coffee lingering on your tongue for almost a half hour give this bar a shot.
