I love this vinegar on salads or veggies.
Pricey but worth it. I refuse to buy anything from the grocery stores after tasting the products offered by Pasolivo.

This is my 3rd bottle and I love it. Pairs nicely with the Tuscan Olive oil for either part of your own dressing mix, or as a mixture for dipping your bread and other things you can find in the recipes you receive when you have the club membership.

I was happy to try this Fig Balsamic. It has an amazing flavor. I add it to my homemade tomato soup.
