IBtrol® 3-in-1 IBS Support

I very much wanted to like this ... but I just couldn't. First, the taste. keeping it as simple as possible - tastes terrible, esp if you use water to mix it. The best thing I found to mix it with was an orange mango fruit drink I found at the dollar store - it's the only thing that made it palatable. Next is the texture - you need to chug this like your life depends on it! If you stop for a few seconds to catch your breath, you'll be chugging clumps of fiber until you're done. This is my main issue. As a bariatric patient, I cannot chug liquids without it coming right back up, so I could never take an actual dose because I had to take a couple of minutes before trying to take the next swallow. There really needs to be a capsule form for those us us who cannot chug that much liquid at a time.

It seems to be working but I don't care for the taste and the granules don't desolve.

It works very well - consistently!
