Calming and Helpful Powder
Yes, I am pleased with this product and I find it helpful and calming to my stomach. I find that the powder is more helpful to me than the capsules.

Sometimes it works very well
It helps but I wish it helped more. Years ago it was the only probiotic that worked. It was worth the investment. I'm not sure why it doesn't work like it used to.
