Excellent!

I have made a family chocolate fudge recipe for years and have sprinkled salt at the end when I pour it into the pan. I had used Himalayan salt in the past but this chocolate salt takes my fudge to a new level. The salt is very flavourful and really adds a delicious nuance to the fudge. The salt is granular - larger than I was expecting- but it’s easy to grind it up with your fingers. I will be buying this always for my fudge. Tomorrow I am making a chocolate mousse for a dinner party and will use this again as a final sprinkle.
