After about 2.5 weeks of drinking the wonder coffee every morning with the mct creamer, I definitely notice that I have more sustained energy throughout the day (my afternoon slump is barely noticeable), my mood is better, my sleep has been uninterrupted, and surprisingly, even my digestion has improved a lot. I’m way less bloated after meals than normal. I wasn’t expecting all these benefits from one product but I am definitely hooked now. I also love the taste and how easy it is to prepare with the frother!
