Really liked it. Made sugar cookies for my gluten free girls and they loved them.

Life changing! The taste and texture is so mich better than regular AP flour that you are used to from a grocery store. I make her Sourdough discard cinnamon rolls weekly now and the Rustic loaf all the time. The sourdough Chocolate chip cookies are the best and finally the texture is perfect every time. Just follow her recipes and get started with the Etta dehydrated starter kit. You wont regret it and you’ll wish you would have started sooner!! :)
