Best lights ever

Purchased these lights after they were recommended by a friend and I couldn't be happier with them. They are extremely light weight for how powerful they are and the Portal helmet light feels like it isn't even there. No cables or batteries to run externally makes use and setup a dream. Insane customer service as well. I was absolutely blown away by the attention to detail and support. I would confidently and highly recommend these lights and Outbound to anyone in the market!

Portal and Trail EVO Lights

I purchased these two lights as a package. I have used Outbound Lighting before with the Hangover light. I was so impressed with the quality and construction of the Hangover that I knew I wanted to purchase from Outbound Lighting again. I used the two new lights the other night, one on my helmet and the other on the Handlebar. I was even more impressed with these two lights as they distribute the light in a flood pattern versus as a spot light. I am glad I ordered these two lights as I know I won’t have any problems lighting up the trail in a great even pattern of light. No shadows and no dark spots. Fantastic lighting and would purchase again when necessary. I talk to all the bike club members about this lighting. They are impressed with the quality and lighting these have to offer.

I'm usually too lazy to ever write reviews. So, just the fact that I'm writing this says a lot. I've been using these products for about a year now starting with the evo/hangover and then the portal more recently. What can I say that hasn't been said before, they surpassed my expectations of what I thought a bike light could ever do. I'm more than comfortable riding anything at night that I would normally ride during the day. Recently, I had a light go out on me while on a ride and I thought I was finally discovering one flaw in the product. However, this really just revealed the best thing about this brand. I submitted a warranty claim and Jason contacted me and sent a new one in the mail before I even saw the response. It arrived at my house 2 days later allowing me to use it again before even skipping a beat. As in any piece of technology, it is impossible to produce a product that has a 100% success rate, which is why warranties matter. However, unlike most companies that throw road blocks at any attempt to use a warranty, outbound has got your back, which provides even greater security in using their product.
